I’ve spent twenty years in integrated marketing — paid search, SEO, and the AI-era search systems rewriting how people find and trust brands. The throughline has always been the same: marketing works when the infrastructure underneath it works. Most teams don’t have a marketing problem; they have a clarity problem.

Professionally I’ve gone by both Amanda Friedt and Amanda Farley — same person, same work. Today I build through FRDTLAB: fractional growth leadership, AI adoption, and marketing operating systems for companies finding their next gear.

I’m Detroit-rooted, and that’s not decoration. I founded the One Step Forward Initiative here, and I work with Michigan operators in person. Structure creates freedom — the goal is always a system that keeps running when I’m not in the room.
