I work with founders, leadership teams, and operators who care about meaningful momentum. The work is collaborative and pointed at real problems, not more noise.
Start the conversationMost owners are stuck for three reasons: the work has no name, no clear price, and the AI moment has everyone scared. So here it is, plainly. The category is intelligence infrastructure: the durable layer under your marketing and operations that makes your business easier to understand, easier to trust, and easier to grow. We find where your signal and your money are leaking, then build the system that fixes it. That’s the whole job.
Twenty years operating across global brands, VP seats, PE portfolios, and the small-business floor, lived in the field and wired into systems you can’t download, hire, or clone. I’d know. I tried to rebuild it with AI, and it couldn’t.
Agencies say partner and mean vendor. I mean it. Not a logo on a deck.

Look before you spend. Find the few moves that matter. Build it to run without you.
You don’t have to bet the budget to find out what works. Most teams I meet are stuck in the same place. Organic traffic is slipping. The ads aren’t as efficient as they used to be. They know they should be doing more with AI and have no idea where to start, and they don’t want to put out a pile of AI slop with their name on it. They know video and social matter too, but the time has to come from somewhere. Every option feels expensive and nothing feels certain.
Here’s what’s usually going on. The setup is outdated. The website, the Merchant Center, the ad accounts, the social, the data underneath it. None of it is broken. It just hasn’t been upgraded to keep up. That’s good news, because it means we don’t have to reinvent the wheel. Sometimes a rebuild is the right call. More often there’s a lot of performance sitting in what you already have.
So we start with the real questions. Where do you start? What are the three moves that matter? What do you actually do this week, this month? And when it’s time to launch something new, what’s the path of least resistance to get out the gate without burning months of time?
It’s not just about spending money smarter. It’s about spending your time and resources smarter too.
Sometimes the question is about your people. Do I have the right team at the table? Is there a skills gap? That’s fixable. I can put the tools, training, and processes in place so your team grows into it. I learned that on the agency side. You don’t have to come in and take everything over. You come in, install what’s missing, and hand it back working.
And this isn’t only marketing. It’s marketing, revenue, and operations, plus the systems and technology underneath all three. I’ve installed EOS operating systems, built standard operating procedures, and set up the processes teams need to actually run. I’ve done it for small businesses, seed and early-stage companies, Series A startups, and global organizations integrating teams across the world.
As we build, I run test and learn. I make a set of changes to campaigns or pages, give it about seven days, and read what the data actually says. The wins feed back into the system, and then we install the next batch. You’re not guessing, and you’re not betting everything on one big swing.
Sometimes you just want a second read. Is my agency doing this right? Is my team? Is there something we’re missing? I’ll tell you straight, and I’ll do it without trashing anybody. Most teams are doing solid work. It usually just needs sharpening with what’s current.
That’s the part I can promise. I’ve spent my whole career keeping up with this industry, and I still build every day. New websites, new campaigns, new agentic systems. When I tell you what’s worth doing, it’s because I’m doing it right now.

The deal is flexible on purpose. Where we start depends on what you’re building, so pricing is set by scope. The Signal Map is fixed; everything past it starts at a baseline and moves from there. Funded or scaling? Equity or project work, scoped to what you’re after. Small business? Flexible on where to start. I set up the tools, people, and systems so you’re not stuck running it alone. Early, scrappy, and serious about it? I bet on builders. Ask me how we start. There are a lot of good ways to fill a cup. Ask me about how we work together →
Just so we’re clear. I’m not an agency, and I won’t sell you anything you don’t need. My time is the most valuable thing I own, so I’m selective about who I take. Come serious or don’t come. Equity deals come with the details attached. Training and projects are paid up front. I don’t waste a moment, and I’d never waste yours.
Who I work with. I’m selective on purpose, and it’s about alignment, not ego. Privately held and family-owned businesses, mission and ethics-driven investors and foundations, and enterprise teams who want their people built up, not burned out. Small agency owners who genuinely care about their clients and their teams and want a hand training and installing, if you’re into the mission, I’m in. And my friends, and the communities I’m part of. My whole aim is to move money, belonging, and opportunity toward people helping people, their communities, and their families. That is what the work has always been for. So I don’t take on purely extractive, money-at-the-top plays, and I won’t help an agency that exists to serve the people hoarding it at the top. No shade, just a different mission. If you’re building something good and you want it in good hands, we’ll get along.
The next three moves, the bottleneck, the decision nobody wants to make. Start there. I read every one of these myself and reply within two business days.
