AI Marketing Workshops · Teams & Leadership

The rules of getting found changed. Let's make them make sense.

Search moved. AI answers before Google does. Your customers scroll TikTok and trust a Reddit thread over your homepage. These workshops turn all of that into something your team can actually do, in plain language, no jargon, built for any level.

Drawn from the work Amanda takes to stages like SMX Advanced.

Each one runs at the level your team is at. We can keep it foundational for a room that's new to this, or go applied and hands-on for marketers ready to build. You choose the depth when you book.

01
The New SEO · AI Search

Where Your Customers Actually Look Now

Search is not just Google anymore. The same person, with the same question, now asks ChatGPT, scrolls TikTok, checks Reddit, and watches a YouTube review before they ever land on your site.

This is the plain-English session on how people find and choose you today, and why showing up in one place is no longer enough. We cover what changed, where your buyers actually search now, and the difference between ranking on Google and getting recommended by an AI. Social platforms have quietly become search engines, and most brands have not caught up.

  • A clear map of every place your customers search, not just Google
  • Why AI recommends some brands and ignores others, in simple terms
  • The first three fixes to be findable everywhere they look
  • How your social content doubles as search

Best for

Founders, marketing teams, and anyone who owns the number but doesn't live in SEO tools.

Agentic Marketing

Let the System Do the Heavy Lifting

You don't need more tools or more hours. You need a workflow where one piece of research turns into a post, a page, an email, an ad, and an answer an AI can find, all from the same work.

This is a working session on building simple AI-assisted workflows that connect the work you're already doing. No engineering degree required. We walk through a loop anyone can run: notice what's changing, organize it, ship it across channels, measure it, and let each round make the next one easier. You leave with one workflow you can run next week, and a clear sense of where AI actually helps versus where it just wastes your time.

  • The sense, structure, ship, measure loop in plain terms
  • One repeatable workflow your team can run immediately
  • How one idea becomes a week of social content
  • Where AI helps and where it quietly hurts

Best for

Lean teams doing the work of a bigger one, and marketers ready to stop copying and pasting between tools.

03
Content Velocity

Turn Content Into a Growth Engine

One post is content. Volume is infrastructure. Done with a little structure, your content trains the algorithm, trains the AI, and trains your audience, all at the same time.

This is how to make social content at volume without burning out, and why quantity done right stops being noise and becomes an asset. We focus on short-form video and social, the format where most growth is happening now, and the simple system that keeps it from feeling like a treadmill. You leave understanding how volume compounds into reach, search signal, and authority instead of just more posting.

  • A repeatable system for short-form video and social
  • Why volume, done with structure, compounds into reach
  • How your content becomes search signal and AI training at once
  • How to keep the pace without burning the team out

Best for

Social and content teams, creators, and brands that know they should be posting more but dread the grind.

Formats & levels

We meet your team where they are.

Every workshop runs at three depths, and at two levels. No one gets talked over, and no one gets bored. You tell me the room; I bring it to them.

90 minutes

The Intro

A focused talk that gives the whole team the new picture and the why. Great for a lunch-and-learn or an all-hands.

From $2,600

Half day

The Workshop

Talk plus hands-on. The team leaves with one thing built and a plan they can run. The most popular format.

From $5,300

Full day

The Intensive

Deep, applied, and specific to your business. We map your actual situation and build the system in the room.

From $9,800

Exact quote depends on team size, depth, and travel. The form takes two minutes.

Full-day intensives work best when we're not diagnosing from zero. Many teams run the AI Visibility Audit first and spend the day building against its fix list.

What this approach has produced.

One real rebuild: same products, same budget, different infrastructure. The brand stays private; the numbers don't have to.

Common questions

Before you fill out the form.

How much does an AI marketing workshop cost?

FRDTLAB workshops start at $2,600 for a 90-minute intro, $5,300 for a half-day, and $9,800 for a full-day intensive, and scale with team size, depth, and travel. Half-day hands-on sessions are the most common booking. Request a quote through the form and you'll get a recommended format and a firm number back.

Are these workshops remote or in person?

Both. Remote runs fine for intros and half-days; full-day intensives are strongest in person. Detroit-based, travels anywhere.

What level does my team need to be?

Any. Every session runs at two levels, foundational or applied, and the depth is set when you book, not discovered in the room.

How is a workshop different from a keynote?

A keynote changes what a room believes. A workshop changes what a team does on Monday. These are working sessions; leadership keynotes live at The Unapologetic Leader.

Can a workshop be customized to our business?

The full-day intensive is built entirely on your actual situation, your data, and your stack. The shorter formats adapt examples to your industry.

Looking for embedded, ongoing work instead of a session? That's advisory.

Looking for leadership talks?

The leadership keynotes live next door.

Over-functioning, the cost of competence, and leading without losing yourself are at The Unapologetic Leader.
